Booking is simple. You can send your inquiry through the Booking form on our Home page or email us directly at hello@journeasy.co Just share your details; whether you need Airport Concierge (Arrival, Departure, or Transit), Worldwide Chauffeur Service, or a Curated Travel Experience. Let us know your airport or destination and the service you prefer, and our team will handle everything from there.
What determines the cost of the service, and how do I pay?
Our pricing is tailored to each booking to ensure transparency and accuracy. The final rate depends on several key factors, including the airport location and region, the level of service you choose, the number of travelers, and how close to the service date the request is made.

Rates vary by country, airport, and local regulations. Once you share your destination and service request, we’ll provide a precise, all-inclusive quote.
Service Level
For the Airport Concierge service, whether you choose VIP Meet and Assist, or an VIP Exclusive Lounge or Terminal experience, each tier has different inclusions that affect the cost.
Number of Travelers
Standard pricing typically applies to one guest, and additional travelers will require an added fee.
Timing & Booking Window
Holiday periods, overnight services, and last-minute requests can carry a premium. Some airports apply surcharges for bookings made close to the date. For example, within 2 days (up to 25%) or within 24 hours (up to 50%), depending on local rules.
You’ll receive your personalized quote before anything is confirmed, and once you’re ready to proceed, we will issue the payment link (credit card charges apply) or bank details, so you can complete payment securely.
What is Airport Concierge, and why should I book it?
Airport Concierge service is a personalized service designed to make your airport journey faster, smoother, and stress-free. A dedicated agent guides you through every key step; from check-in, security, and immigration to baggage claim and your final handover to a driver.
It can include fast-track lanes, porter service, buggy transfers, lounge arrangements, and coordination with your transportation provider. This is especially helpful during busy travel seasons, tight layovers, or when navigating large or unfamiliar airports. Overall, it saves time, reduces stress, and adds comfort to every trip.
What’s the difference between the service levels of Airport Concierge?
Our VIP Meet & Assist service focuses on personalized escorting, or fast-tracked (where available) through the airport; guiding you smoothly through check-in, immigration, security, and onward to your gate or arrival point.
The VIP Exclusive Lounge or Terminal option offers a far more elevated experience. Depending on the airport, this may include access to a private lounge or an entirely separate terminal, discreet check-in and immigration processing, and tarmac transfers in executive vehicles. It’s designed for travelers who value maximum comfort, privacy, and efficiency.
Both options enhance your journey, the difference lies in how private and exclusive you want your airport experience to be.
What’s the difference between being escorted and having fast-track access?
Will I always be fast-tracked?
Being escorted means a dedicated greeter accompanies you throughout your airport journey—assisting with formalities, directing you through each step, and ensuring everything flows smoothly from arrival to exit.
Fast-track access refers specifically to priority lanes at security, immigration, or customs. Many airports include fast-track as part of the service, but it isn’t guaranteed everywhere due to airport restrictions or operational limitations.
If fast-track isn’t available at your selected airport, your concierge will still guide you through the most efficient path and handle the process on your behalf. We’ll always outline the exact inclusions for your airport before you finalize your booking, so everything is clear from the start.
How far in advance should we plan ahead?
For a seamless experience, we recommend booking as early as possible.
Airport Concierge
Ideally, reserve at least 48–72 hours in advance, especially during peak travel seasons or for last-minute flights, to ensure availability and allow us to coordinate any special requests.
Worldwide Chauffeur Services
Advance notice of 24–48 hours is recommended for standard transfers. Full-day or multi-day itineraries benefit from earlier planning to secure preferred vehicles and drivers.
Curated Experiences
These are highly personalized and often require coordination with multiple providers. We suggest booking atleast 1–2 weeks in advance, though we can accommodate shorter notice requests when possible.
Booking early ensures that every detail is arranged to your exact preferences, giving you a smooth, stress-free experience from start to finish.
Do last-minute bookings incur extra charges?
Yes, bookings made within 24 hours of your service carry a 50% late booking fee. To ensure full availability and a seamless VIP experience, we always recommend arranging your services in advance whenever possible.
What if I require a wheelchair?
For safety and airport regulations, wheelchair assistance is arranged through the airline. Please let our team know when you book your Airport Concierge services, and we’ll be happy to coordinate closely with the airline to ensure you have a smooth, comfortable, and stress-free journey.
Are Airport Concierge services available for families, VIPs, or corporate groups?
Yes, our Airport Concierge services are fully customizable to suit a variety of travelers. Whether you’re traveling with children, require VIP privacy, or coordinating corporate teams, we can handle it all. We manage large groups, provide multi-language support when needed, and offer access to premium lounges, ensuring every traveler enjoys a smooth, comfortable, and stress-free airport experience.
Are there additional fees for overnight services?
Yes, an overnight surcharge applies for services at airports in Europe, Asia, the USA, and Australia. Any applicable fees will always be clearly outlined in your personalized quotation.
Cancellation, Amendments & Refund Policy
We understand that travel plans can change. To ensure a seamless experience, please note that our policies vary by service, airport, and provider. All applicable fees will be detailed in your personalized quotation before
confirmation.
VIP Terminal services operate under specific airport regulations and premium service conditions. As such, cancellation and amendment terms are more stringent compared to standard services.
How do I make the payment?
Once your booking request is confirmed, we will send you a secure payment link. Please note that credit card surcharges will apply. Alternatively, payment can be made via bank transfer, if preferred.
How will I know booking is confirmed, and are there any additional information required?
After confirming your desired service and completing payment, you will receive a confirmation email containing all booking details. We may also request additional information, as needed:
Contact details of your receiving party or driver (if not arranged through Journeasy)
Passport copies for VIP Terminal services, Passport copies for Meet & Assist services, if required by the airport
How can I contact Journeasy?

How early should I arrive at the airport, and where will I meet my greeter?
Your confirmation email provides exact meeting details, including time, location, and a contact number for your assigned greeter. Meeting point in general will be as follows:
For Arrival & Transit Flights
The greeter will meet you at the start of the arrivals gate or end of the aerobridge, depending on aircraft parking
For Departure Flights
The greeter will meet you at the curbside of the airport.
Additionally, you may share with us your driver details (if transportation is not booked through Journeasy) for further coordination.
What happens if my flight is delayed?
No worries, our team continuously monitors flight schedules. Your greeter will be ready to assist you regardless of delays.
Will the greeter handle hand luggage?
For safety and airport regulations, passengers are required to carry their own hand baggage. If you prefer, you can add porter service to your package for assistance with luggage.
Is tipping expected for my airport greeter?
Tipping is completely optional. While not expected, if your greeter provides exceptional service or goes above and beyond, you are welcome to offer a tip at your discretion. We also encourage you to let us know so we can recognize outstanding service.
